Training with power has less to do with your earning a PhD in training nomenclature and more to do with precision. Unlike training based upon heart rate zones or RPE scales, training with power is based upon pure feedback from raw system output, not from the effort-symptoms (i.e. heart rate and RPE) of the output. This allows me to conduct a series of testing protocols to determine EXACTLY how your various energy systems statistically compare to all levels of competitive cyclists.

Additionally, I will teach you how to master the incredibly useful and somewhat intimidating world of CyclingPeaks™ software. With this tool and my guidance, I will bring you to the point where you can become self-aware, self-sufficient, and capable of rising up, Skynet like, and destroying your creator, which is me, and that’s okay...like I said, I am an educator at heart and my philosophical bent drives me toward working myself out of a job.
